Hi fellow forum members! I read a LOT but only post on occasion...if you are one of the faithful GDEC 3 Fifteen or Thirty users, you might want to check out the Store here on Fender.com; the Hal Leonard SD cards are marked down to only $9.99! That is a STEAL! :D

You might want to buy a few of them anyway, if even for the backing tracks alone! Just happened to notice tonight and wanted to share with y'all. 8)

Mike

PS: not affiliated with Fender, I just really appreciate them in general and the GDEC team specifically (thanks, Alan)...they have always taken good care of me!

Don't know where you found the SD Cards for $9.99 in the Fender Store. I looked and all but one SD Card is still $29.99 each,

Jerry

Nevermind. I see that if you click on a specific SD Card for information, the $9.99 price comes up then.

Thanks for the tip! I just ordered a few. I've been wanting to try these, and at $9.99, I can't say no! :D

Yeah, I ended up buying all the artist cards. Have only had a chance to check out two so far, the Clapton and the Country one. I like them so far, except the Country sd card's song 'Amie' doesn't play properly... I sent an email to the guys at Fender, I'll wait and see what they say.

I am stoked about getting to use the others...as a hobby player, this is a great tool!

How does one take advantage of this new pricing from Canada? That is, the store refuses to ship to a Canadian postal code -- I think we deserve $10 GDEC-3 SD cards too :-).

These SD card/books look to be excellent practice tools. Thanks for the tip.

Now I am just mad I paid $27 apiece for Hard Rock and Tom Petty on Amazon earlier this year! Bought all the rest of the books I wanted on Fender this weekend.

At $10 apiece they are a steal... and who knows how much longer they are going to be available since the G-DEC 3 is now discontinued. I imagine this is Fender's fire sale to get them out of stock for good.

I purchased four of `em! Doors, SRV, ZZ Top, and EC. You can't touch all four of them for less than $70. at Music Dispatch. :D
