I'm not sure how to use the SD Card. Is there any in-depth documentation on this? Nothng I've see answers my questions. here are the questions:
1. Can the Amp see what's on the SD card if all 100 presets on the amp hardrive are used? Or do some of the presets have to be removed form the amp Hard drive 1st?
2. Is there a way on the utility menu to see what information is on teh SD card vs the amp hard drive?
3. I tried exporting all the amp's presets to the SD card, but Fender fuse software sees them on the card but can't load them. I get an error message.

Please advise. Also, is more documentation available on this, or any posted videos? I woudl appreciate knowing about them if so. Thank you.

Hi and welcome!
If you don't already have them, the manuals can be downloaded here
http://www.fender.com/support/articles/ ... er-g-dec-3
There is a lot of other info on the Fender support pages if you hunt around.
As to the questions:
1. Yes the amp can "see" what's on the SD card even if all 100 presets are being used. You can associate band tracks from the SD card with any of the 100 presets already on the amp, for example.
2. Yes...use the utility function on the amp to turn your amp into a USB drive. You should then see both the GDec HD and a SD card inserted into the GDec as separate drives in Windows Explorer on your computer. You've got to have a USB cable connecting your amp to your computer for this to work of course.
3. I'm not sure why this is happening...sounds like a job for Fender Support!
cheers,
Alex
