G-DEC 3.0 15 model.
After I updated to the 1.4 firmware I went through every preset and applied super or high noise gate, since most of them sound much nicer with it.

The first few times I noticed this, I thought it was just a preset that I missed applying NG to, but now I'm sure that many if not all of the presets have lost the high/super noise gate settings that I applied (and saved - yes, press Save button twice).

It doesn't matter if the preset it on my SD card or if it's on the internal hard drive.

I haven't done a specific test to see if this only occurs after unplugging from power but I suspect that might be the case.
Next time I plug into USB I'll see if the HD has a write cache enabled - that could cause this - especially if only NG setting was changed, it wouldn't be enough data to trigger the cache to be written out (I suspect).

Hi Martin,

After you update firmware, the Memory Lock will be on. Perhaps it was still "On" when you were editing your Presets? Please check this out, and let us know if we can assist further.
