I have a G-DEC 3 Thirty Amplifier with the footswitch. I leave my guitar and footswitch plugged into my amp even when turned off. Every so often when I turn on my amp, the footswitch doesn't light up as if it is not plugged in. I can fix it by unplugging the footswitch and plugging it back on. Is this something I should be concerned about? Other than this small minor problem, the amp works great.

Hi DavidRamey,

I would not worry about it. If the problem persists, let us know. You can try to swap to a different cable and see it that changes the behavior at all. Please let us know if we can assist further. Thanks.

I have the same problem. Swapping out cables doesn't make a difference.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for your replies here. The ULT-4 foot pedal is powered by the amp. And occasionally the pedal may not get powered up right away as is expected. In those instances, the disconnect/reconnect is suggested. Please let us know if we can assist further.
