Post subject: Great customer service from Matt Brown @Fender

I hit the earphone plug while phones were plugged into amp. and broke off a piece of the circuit board inside amp.

Called Matt Brown at customer service. I told him problem and that I was 200 miles from nearest authorized service center. He knew what part I needed for replacement and had it sent Fed Ex the next day at no charge to me. I installed part and in back to playing. Man, I missed not having the G-Dec3, the amp is addictive, although I could continue to play w/my GDec Jr.

Matt is a very pleasant and helpful guy.

First time I have needed to contact Fender w/an issue and if this is the kind of great service I can expect, I will add to my collection of amps and guitars w/more Fender products.
