I copied some onto an SD card and tried to play them from the SD card, how come they do not show up? on my GDEC-3 30 ? I thought I could import them it seems like they just aint there but they are, do they need to be a different mp3 format?

Did you copy them to the Audio folder on the SD card? Any mp3 format should work fine.
