Hello,
I wonder if anybody has been able to significantly modify what presets are on the HD of this amp. While 100 presets are very cool, I find it confusing to try and dial in a range of sounds that I would like to work on from 100 possible choices. I have copied presets from and to an SD card and from the web in a one by one fashion. I guess the functionality that I'm asking about is the ability to create a custom package in much the same manner as the factory/Blues/metal/country packages are made in. I would like to sit at my computer, dial in or choose a preset, tie a backing track to it and then move on to the next one. When I'm done, I'd like to be able to load multiple presets to the HD of the amp at once much as in loading the packages mentioned above.

I'm assuming this can be done since the Hal Leonard books have the SD cards specific to an artist and there would be more that one preset for the artist depending on what song it was. Just need info on how to create those libraries.

Oh, and do we always have to have the 100 presets on the HD filled with something? Can we not leave them empty? Or even better yet only have the number of presets that are available show on the interface panel. If you only have 10, then only 10 would show, not 10 used and 90 blank ones.

Thanks for your help,
Rob
