I've recorded a nice little solo on my phrase sampler, is there a way to move it from the G DEC and save it as an MP3 or similar to my SD or computer?

You can save it to the sd card or connect it to your computer via the USB cable. Then in the fuse software import it to the file you want to store it in and you should be good.
ABS :D

Thanks for the reply...I understand that would be the way to do it..however, I don't know where the file is stored...nor how to access it to move it...there doesn't seem to be anything in the fuse menus for moving it or saving it as an MP3.

Hi,
The phrase is stored in the phrase folder, but only if you've saved it. You can get to the USB drive mode on the GDec via the utility function and if you're attached via a usb cable to a computer, navigate to the phrase folder, open it and away you go.
I'm pretty sure that this info. is in the advanced GDec manual...I know I read the procedure somewhere!
cheers and good luck,
Alex

Hi AlexeiY,

thanks for the tops..yes, I Googled the problem and, indeed, did find the instructions in the advanced user PDF guide.

Mostly sorted now...managed to save a couple of little solos and convert them to MP3..

Cheers
