I do not think there are any major bugs or other problems with the G-DEC 3,even if fender does not support firmware or fuse updates for the G-DEC 3 anymore it is still a great amp to have and you should get many years out of this amp with all of the amp models and backing tracks and also playing your own music and making loops with it,you will have more fun and get more mileage out of the G-DEC 3 then any other amps out there in the modeling world.

I think once these amps are all bought up that you will see them on ebay and other auction sites selling for much more money then when these amps were sold at there closeout prices.

I just purchased another one today on EBay.
Black tolex.

I believe the G-Decs 1x10 30w w/SD cards have found their price at $175 new
and the Blues & Country will be much more and the Metal will be a bit more.
Toppscore.

Toppscore, these amps are still available new on some online music stores that i already mentioned in my previous post but you will have to wait about 6 months and then see how much the G-DEC 3 will be selling for when they are not available new anymore, right now many ebay sellers are competing with the other music outlets that are selling the G-DEC's for the low closeout price.

You may be right about the G-DEC 3 not going up in price much but the more scarce these amps get over time i still think the price may go up.

I canceled my order, as state tax added $15 on top of $21 shipping.
I will seek another. Toppscore :)

Monday, I'll be driving by Gelb Music in Redwood City towards some customers.
I'll stop by and get a BLACK TOLEX G-DEC 30w 1x10 amp tolex for:
$139 (+) $12 CA tax = $151 for the black version

Toppscore 8)

Toppscore,is the 139.00 +12.00 tax for a new G-DEC 3 30W or a used one? If it's new it is a great price even with the shipping cost,i will even say if it is used in good condition it still is a good price.

Brand new.

I sold my Blues G-DEC three weeks ago.
Before I sold it, I had to justify that I was going to buy a standard G-DEC Thirty
which were selling for $175 at the time. I was going to do that, but this is even better.

Before I sold the Blues G-DEC, I purchased and kept the following for my future G-DEC:
1) a brand new amp cover
2) the four button footswitch
3) ten of the twelve Fender/Hal Leonard SD-Card/Tabulature books

Those three cost as much as the $139 (+) $12 CA tax = $151 New G-Dec.
So, I am committed. Toppscore

Well this is kinda depressing I watched like a zillion videos & read a zillion reviews on the G-DEC 3 30 b4 I bought it & it seemed like an awsome amp. Now i'm not a big fan of buying stuff online without playing it first(I bought it off ebay after watching videos reading reviews plus i've owned fender amps b4 & they sound great & last) but this amp seemed like it would b an awsome amp so i'm hopeing the fuse software & the fender comunity still supports this amp if it IS gonna be discontinued. It should arive fedex to my house tomorow & they said I had 14 days to return it if i'm not happy with it. I have no doubt in my mind iy will be a good quality amp & being a Fender last me a long time I just hope the Fuse software & the Fender comunity still support it for many years to come. Well rock on & i'm new to Fender comunity so this is my first post but there will more to come....Thanks Brian Belk

Just got back. I sold a 1990 Fender Plus Deluxe today on EBay.
The buyer lives close by, but wanted to play it first.
I told him to dump the money into my account and we can meet and jam.
Everybody is different and some are more comfortable selling or buying on line.
I think EBay and Amazon to great jobs with customer support.
I have over a 4440(+) positive EBay rating and really have never been ripped off (I think).
But, I do use technique(s).

The G-DEC is well supported on this website.
I just sold my G-DEC Blues 30w Thirty 1x10 for $450 because of it's rarity.
Now, I am going to buy the basic.

Take care. Toppscore :)

Well that's good to know that the Fender comunity is still supporting the G-DEC 3 30 & I am an ebayjunkie so i'm not worried bout getting ripped off I just don't like 2 buy musical instruments or amps so I can see if they play & sound good & if its what I want. If I see something online I think I mite want I try to find it in a local music store then order it offline usually cause there hundreds of dollars cheaper online most the time but thanks for the help.....

Thanks. That does help.
I like the Metal theme stock music loops and playback/play-along backing tracks.
Good job. Toppscore

Belkster. Not sure if you understood.

I purchased a G-DEC Blues for $250. I sold it for $450.
I'm taking $200 profit to purchase a NEW Standard G-DEC 30x 1x10 SD/card amp.
Essentially, I am ending up with a FREE NEW G-DEC.

Good results. Did not have to buy two at the same time. Toppscore :)

Alright!!!

Drove down over to Gelp Music in Redwood City CA
and purchased another G-DEC Thirty 30w 1x10 SD/Card Amp!!!
It's one of the last one's available in the entire universe or Milky Way
that is new with BLACK Tolex.

Price = $139 (+) $11 CA Tax = $151 out the door.

About five more available on EBay:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/290706762430?ss ... 1439.l2649

If you are not living in CA, there are no CA taxes, but there is shipping.
Either way, the Fender Five (5) Year Warranty is included at this ridiculously low prices,
in a sealed box, mint condition, etc.

Hope this helps everybody.
I believe there are a few more Heavy Metal Version G-DECs around the USA.
Toppscore :)

Thanks for the lead on that. I might have to order a backup at that price.
