I'm wondering whether to get the GDEC footpedal.

Is it worth it?
What can I do with it (does it just scroll up and down the presets or can I program it so that, for example, I can flick between 45 and 80 without going through 46,47,etc ?
What are your experiences with the pedal.

A worthwhile investment or not?

Cheers

Dan

The pedal is most useful if you're going to use the looping features of the amp. It allows foot control of starting and stopping looping, while still playing. It also allows scrolling of presets and selection of quick access settings.

Don't forget access to the tuner thruough the pedal. Nice bright LED's to help you tune up. Go for it, you won't regret it.

Is there a tutorial on the web on how to use the pedal?

The ULT-4 pedal is a worthy investment If you want to use the backing tracks in a "Live" environment and also switching patches. Also it's a must If you wish to use the"Looping phraser" more comfortably and of course the tuner! :D

I have the foot pedal and do not know what I would do without it! Makes alot of the functions much easier when playing both live and in the studio. You won't regret the small investment for it trust me!
ABS :D

Got it. It's good although, pretty solid and good for avoiding using any kind of muscles necessary for bending over and scrolling through settings etc.

That said, noticed after a couple of days the 3 leds down the left-hand side were not poking through the holes properly so had to dismantle and fiddle with the position of the circuitboard a bit.
