Just got my GDEC 30 Blues and cannot access backing tracks on my own sd card. I have a couple of the Hal Leonard books and have success. I formatted the SD card as instructed. Transferred the tracks from my itunes library to the sd card. I can play the backing tracks via the sd card on my computer. However cannot once the sd card is in the GDEC. Any tips would be great. On a side note I had a 15 which I sold and upgraded to the 30. Cannot believe the difference. Decided to go with the Blues Edition knowing that I can go back to the original presets. Really like the white and brown colors.

Hi,
I'll bet you've thought of this, but....
The songs must be in the Audio folder and must be either .wav or .mp3 format

They won't show up on the amp unless they are mp3 or wav. Right click on the track in itunes and convert. Had the same prob myself
