I'm sending my band tracks to a different amp via the line out jacks but the band tracks are still coming through the G-DEC 3 Thirty as well. Is there a way to mute them from coming out of the G-DEC so only the guitar is heard through the G-DEC, and the band tracks through the auxiliary amp? I did a search but got no results.

I believe you do that through the utility mode. Hold down the exit button for a few seconds. Next, press the right soft key 5 times to where it says Line out on the bottom. Next scroll using the silver knob one click where it says "band" and there you have it. Press exit afterwards.

Thank you, I'll give that a try.

EDIT: Unfortunately, that solution did not work. The band still comes through the G-Dec speaker and the external amp speaker as well.

I was just thinking that by muting the band tracks through the G-DEC would give me more headroom for my guitar.

It should work. Try again.
Also, turn the band volume off on the amp, then it won't come thru on the amp.

That doesn't work either. When you turn down the band track volume on the G-DEC, nothing comes through the auxiliary amp.

Sorry, man...finally had a chance to try it and you are right it still comes thru the amp. I'm ok with it cause I like how it fattens up the tone using my other amp with the line out.

No problem, I appreciate your effort. I run the band tracks to my 100w bass amp and the kick drum and bass really come through nice.

Hey Guys,

You're half way there. Now you just have to go to the next page and set the Speaker setting to Guitar. After that, only the guitar sound should come out of the speaker.
