i read on another post about some sound improvement by removing the real panel. thought i'd try it

i backed out the bolts (6) and it seems it doesn't want to be removed. are

is it velcro'd on or other bolts i'm not removing?

so whats the key to removing it?

Hmmm, I recently did the same thing and didn't have a problem. It came right off for me - you can probably wedge a flathead screwdriver in and pry it off if you need to.

Just did it recently but I do think it sounds a little better open back.
