Is it possible to download and reset the g-dec program from the PC fuse screen.
The g-dec program is not working correctly, when I try to re load the blues program the prompts do not appear on the g-dec screen to show that the program is loading.

Hey Ray,

I'm not exactly sure what you mean? Are you trying to load the Blues Special Edition content into your G-DEC? You may want to contact us directly for assistance.

Loren, I have sent an e-mail to the Lab, I hope that I can get a fix for the problem. Thanks

This subject and ' blue screen missing' are the same problem.

I have had the g-dec 30 since May, I have found that it is very different to the old 15 that I sold (big mistake).
The blues edition was successfully downloaded and the Fuse on the PC was a very useful addition.

My problems have started when I have tried to make use of the recording program Ambleton lite.
The Ambleton looks like a very comprehensive program but I have not found it easy to use. I can record and play back single tracks, my problem started when I tried to sample an MP3 backing track for SRV 'scuttle butting'. I was trying to remove the intro chat.
When I copied the track into the Ambleton file the whole backing track ended up on the g-dec. So when I pressed the G-dec start button the backing track for SRV fired up, I could turn the knob and select other presets. everything worked but the blue screen had no information on it.

I have tried to re load the 'firmwear'and' blues edition from the zip file but now there are no words on the blue screen and no sound.

This is stopping me playing my Strat, I have been playing guitar since 63. The g-dec 15 was one of the best bit of kit I have had, I am still on a learning curve with the 30.
