I have been using the Ambleton recording program, (beginner). I was trying to sample an mp3 backing track, the backing track ended up on the g- dec backing tracks, the blue screen went blank but the presets were still available.
The g-dec can be run from the fuse program, I have tried to re-boot the the blues presets from the zip file that I down loaded from fender site but this uses prompts from the screen that are now missing.

any ideas.

Hey Ray,

Are you saying that your G-DEC 3's screen is completely blank now?

Hey Ray,

Have you had any luck with your dealer getting your amp serviced?

Hi roboxyz,

Please let us know if we can assist further. We normally recommend going through your local music store in your region, who will then go to Fender UK. But either way, they should be able to advise you, and arrange for the service you need.

Cheers,
