Post subject: How to Factory restore my GDEC 3 Thirty

ok so his has to be the 8th time this has happened but my phrase sampler wont save anything all the media and phrases i had saved are gone and my computer wont recognize the gdec when in usb drive mode, HOW DO I RESTORE IT TO FACTORY SETTINGS help please this is getting very frustrating

Hey jebus91,

It sounds like there's a lot going on. The first thing I would try would be a complete media restore. You can follow the instructions in this KB article. Make sure to download the Original sound set, not one of the FSR (special edition) sets. You will need an SD card.
