Hello gang,

I would love to see a way to store a default setting on the G-Dec. It would be much more practical and user-friendly than always having the hardcoded default. I guess you could probably do this by renumbering your optons, but it would be easier to add an option in the amp, or in the preset editor to make a particular setting the 'startup default'

My Gdec opens to "U-01" which is the first user slot. I dialed it in to sound like the Tremeloux I had in college.

Try saving a patch. I think it starts on the user side.

Or even if it turned back on at the preset you left off at. I usually use just one preset that's halfway down the list and have to dial it in every time I turn on the amp.

Hi Tom,

Which G-DEC model do you have?

After creating my own preset and saving it to U00, my G-DEC 30 defaults to U00 upon power up every time. Also do you know that you can assign three different presets to every MIDI composition that you save (provided that you also have a G-DEC 30)?
