I've noticed on some of my presets, especially those that I've edited, don't show the name of the preset in FUSE. Has anyone else noticed this and if so is there a fix?

When you're logged in, you have to edit something, then save and it will have your name attached.

That's not what I'm referring to. I'm talking about the name of the preset not showing up in FUSE, not the author's name.

This has happened on each of my custom presets with custom names.

The new FUSE update didn't fix this. Someone else besides me has to be experiencing this problem.

I have seen the same thing. It appears to follow presets that have been imported from the SD card, but it might just apply to any preset that has been modified on the amp without using Fuse.

The problem is that the Fuse Software doesn't save the name properly to the preset. There's got to be a bug there. When I save a preset using the save button on the amp, it save's and the name then shows the way it's supposed to in the Fuse software.

Alan, I spoke with you on the phone the other day and this is the what it boils down to. Can you run this by the Developers and see if they can roll out a fix. Since I cleared and reinstalled the problem is intermittent.

Hey Guys,

I assume you're using Windows? Would you mind providing us with a bit of information about your system? This will aid the developers. Please send the following information to TSL@Fender.com

1. System specifications (processor type, speed, installed Ram & operating system and version)
2. Is your operating system localized for a language other than English? If so, what language?
3. Which Preset list in the Fender FUSE Media Library is displaying unexpected information? (Computer tab, Amp tab, Web tab)?
4. Please gather and send the most current Fender FUSE log file. See instructions below to gather this file. Please gather the file with the most current date.
Fender FUSE log file instructions: To get a log file on the Windows OS, I have included a line command that you can enter into your PC to obtain this info. For XP, you can select Run from the Start menu, and enter the following command: explorer %APPDATA%\Fender\FUSE\Logs. If you are on Vista or 7, you can simply copy the command into the Search bar in the Start menu. Once you see the log files, please select the newest one, copy and email to us here.
