I saw somewhere that some of the Hal Leonard books are coming out with SD cards to be used with the GDEC 3. Has anyone heard when these might available and what books they are?

I contacted Hal Leonard about the Stevie Ray book that was in the press release in Jan and they said they would be available sometime in March - like you I am waiting!

Hal Leonard said you can pre order and it should be up by now, the web site he mentioned was not the direct Hal leonard site, It was their shopping site, but I could not find it ( and I forget what he told me ) ... But , They are supposed to be available at Guitar centers and anywhere Hal Leonard is sold..

You can go to guitarbackingtracks.com and download many backing tracks for songs you want to play. And then go to your favorite guitar tab site to get the tabs to match. Then find a preset from the fender fuse site that matches the song. This is my cheapo way to do this.

I use guitarbackingtracks.com as well. Love the custom backing tracks that let you add/remove instruments/vocals at will. The MP3 format tracks sound really good.. Wish custom let you change the keys. Then it would have everything you ever wanted... Well I also wish they would add more custom songs....

On the Hal Leonard G-DEC series... wish they would do a U2 version... That'd be really awesome...

Well, it's now almost May and it appears that not a single one of these has yet been released - still only available for PRE-ORDER. No surprise, I guess.
