hi.. i write from Portugal.. sorry for my english...
i have a fender g-dec30 and i have tried to re-install the firmware 1.04.. appeared an error and now i turn on the amp, all lights stay fixed, no display and i can't do nothing. and i can´t connect to the PC. can you help me?

I think there is a "reset" in the menu... Somewhere... Ill look at it later today

Does that mean that some lights turn on? If yes, then you have power to the amp. If there are no lights and the display is dark then you may have blown a fuse.

I looked at the G-DEC 30 manual and I can't find anyway to do a "hard reset". If there is power to the amp then you need to contact Fender directly to see if they can help

If you press the utility button, do you get a display??? If yes continue to press the utility button until factory reset appears, then press save... if not press the utility button once, then press save twice (2 times)... If neither of these tricks work, you will need to take it for service...
