Hello all. I need some help. Just started to learn to play the guitar and having a blast. The G-DEC 3 Fifteen even makes it more fun. So, here is the problem. When my G-DEC is conneted to the computer, I can easily go to the Media Library, double click the preset I want (that I downloaded from fender fuse) and I can see the name on my G DEC. Everything is great. HOWEVER, when I go to the window to choose the band, the bands I have downloaded into my media library are NOT listed...just other ones (I guess were already installed.) Kinda strange you can choose/play presets from the computer to the GDEC but can't with bands. Please let me know if anyone has a solution(s) or suggestion(s). The help is much appreciated. Thanks

Hi David,

Welcome to the Fender forums.

The behavior you're experiencing is normal. The G-DEC 3 plays band tracks that are located on the amp in either it's internal memory or an SD Card. It can't play audio files located on the computer. When you double-click a preset located on the computer it transfers preset data which is very small in size to the amp. However, the Preset itself is not saved to the amp at that point.

If you would like to play a certain audio file on the amp, make sure it's present on the SD card.
