I have a newbie question. I bought a G-DEC 30 yesterday. I downloaded the FUSE software OK but when I connect my amp to the computer via USB, the Fuse software says "no amplifier detected." I restarted my MAC a couple of times thinking I needed to do that so it would recognize a new device but nothing. Where am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Hey allen319,

During the installation process, do you remember a driver installer running as well that required a reboot. Either way it sounds like the Fenderdriver.kext didn't install properly. Run the installer again, this time you can cancel the installer for FUSE, Silverlight, and Mono. You should be prompted to install the Fender driver and restart your computer. If not, you should call us directly for assistance.

Thank you. I did get it working. I was installing the latest version of Fuse. When I installed the version on the disc which came with the amp, it seemed to be fine.

I've got exactly the same problem. I'm fighting third day with it, and no success :-(.
I also have FenderFuse instaled on my windows7 computer and all works well.

My computer is a new MacBook Pro 15" (production date: 27.02.2011) 2,0Ghz QuadCore processor, 4Gb RAM, 500Gb HDD.

My FenderFuse installation was:
- downloading latest version of FenderFuse for Mac,
- starting installation (Mono, Silverlight),
- starting installation Fender Fuse,
- starting installation Fender driver,
- restarting system

After restarting I'm launching Fender Fuse applications, turn on my G-DEC (connected via USB to my MAC) but nothing happen :-( - "no amplifier detected."

What can I do to solve the problem ?
