Toggling with some presets i stumbled upon this problem, so i cannot name a prest that the earlier mentioned cat scratch F.
but i will try this weekend to see if i can find more presets.
(by the way, it would be a great function if on could print the preset settings within the Fuse software.
Why?, because in a case like this i could send the preset list with settings to the support desk and they could check it out were the problem could be)

here some examples
From presets on the Fender Fuse site some examples
The cat scratch F the problem preset is the cat scratch Fury patch
AMP: twin clean
Gain: 9, vol: 9, treb: 7.5, mid: 6.5, bass: 7.5
Adv amp settings:
Comp=off, timbre= full body, full stack, noisegate= off, tonestack= pre
Stompbox= overdrive
Level: 1 o clock, gain: 12 o.c., low: 2 o.c, mid: 1 o.c, high: 2 o.c
Reverb= 65 fender spring
Level: 3.5, decay: 4, Dwell: 6, Diff: 4, tone: 4.5

Another preset with problems is ‘Cool Jim’
Adv amp from post to pre and timbre full stack, bass boost, super bright.
With overdrive in standard setting it gets worse.

Two preset have heavy distorted headphone sound:
‘Filter main’ and ‘Fat boy’
Put adv. Amp tone stack from post to pre and there you go again.

so go back to the shop?

Hello TSL
last week i brought the amp back to the dealer and they will contact Fender about this problem.
we tried another G-DEC3 15 with an SD card that had the presets that gave problems with my amp.
this amp was even worse because some off the mentioned presets was distorting in normal speaker mode to (and the headphone mode to)
so i have to wait and see what will happen.

Has a solution been found for this yet? :?

I also have this problem with my G-DEC3 15.
The headphone amp appears to be overloading on certain patches where the gain is set close to 10.
This produces a very unpleasant crackling noise when using headphones.

Many of the factory patches have this problem and are unusable when using headphones without readjusting a few settings.

Will fender be releasing a new firmware update to fix this issue?

to bad my problem wasn't solved with the help from Fender
The store that sold me the G-dec could not replace my defect G-dec with a good one so they took it back and i could choose another amp.
They told me that Fender on the other hand did not take the G-dec back although they admitted that some G-Dec's had a production fault.

If this would be true, to me personally, it would be a reason never to buy something form fender again because it would trouble my good relation with the store when fender would leave them alone solving a product fault.
