after three month waiting for the foot switch for my g-dec 30 it arrived last week. Unfortunatly it don't work as it should.

After a short while of playing the foot switch hung up and display "dEC". Sometimes it start to work again after unplug and reconnect the cable. It can happen that the switches have now other functions, for instance the second switch change the modes. In that case it only helps to restart the amplifier. The longest time it runs well is abount 10 minutes. And this is really no fun. I mostly use the foot switch for the record things.

It make no sence if the amp is connected to the computer and if fuse is running or not. I tested several cables without success.

The amp runs without the foot switch well. It is updated to the newest firmware 1.04.

Hopefully someone can help me.

Hi WolfgangMehler,

I'm sorry that you are having troubles with your new footswitch. It sounds like you may need a replacement for it. I would suggest that you contact the music retailer that you bought it from, and see if they have any more in stock. If so, you could request an exchange. If that does not work, you can also contact our Consumer Relations department at the phone number below, and let them know that the footswitch is not functioning properly. They should be able to arrange a repair or replacement for it.

Please let me know if we can be of assistance.

Best Regards,
