Sorry if this has been asked before, I did search the forum, but I'm not finding anything.

I recently picked up a Gdec 30 and the foot switch. Is there a way to use the foot switch to switch the preset without changing the accompanying back track? For example if I have a clean and dirty sound in the song, can I switch between them without having the system change the band?

Sorry if this doesn't make any sense

Nevermind, I figured out my own problem. I had to be in Quickaccess mode and not the preset mode.

So far I'm loving this thing, its everything I've been looking for in a practice combo. I went to the store to get a cheap Digitech RP55 to use for the looper and drum track features, and walked out with this.

Hopefully my Girlfriend won't notice ANOTHER AMP in the house. Just to be on the safe side, I put my blues junior in the attic so she won't notice that the number of amps has changed. :)

And if she asks, I'll tell her yeah, I got another amp. I don't see no ring on this finger...

Hey bluekanoodle,

Thanks for the tip. I now know what to use my attic for. Let us know if you have any further questions.

I was quite ready to post exactly the same question when I found this posting. Unfortunately the suggested solution doesn't work for me:

There is no difference, neither if I'm using mode #1 or mode #2 of the footswitch, nor if the second preset contains a band track or not:

Every time I switch from the first preset (clean) to the second (dirty) the song is started from the beginning or stops, depending on the setting of the "dirty" preset.

How to change presets with the footswitch with a continous backing track?

Argh, shame on me: I just misinterpreted bluekanoodle's solution: Not the footswitch has to be in QuickAccess mode, but the amp: Just start the backing track via the QA menu, and your able to switch between presets without an interruption ...

Merry Xmas!
