just bought a new G-DEC 15 after waiting over six month for some improvements which I really hope will be coming soon as a firmware upgrade (especially support for Subfolders and basic transport Controls!).
The sound for a practice Amp is really god! To bad the slowdown feature quality wise is a joke and I fear there is no further improvements possible

Anyway, now for my Problem: when I connect my Headphones, the internal speaker will not be completely silent. You can still hear the backing tracks and guitar bleeding trough (but at a low and tolerable level).
Is this behavior normal?

Hi SaimOn67,

That is normal behavior. If a Band Track is cranked up pretty loud there will be a little bleed through to the speaker.

Hi Loren,

thank you very much for your answer!
Eliminates the hassle of replacing the amp without getting rid of this behaviour.

Now I just have to wait for the desired improvements (pretty please) and that the acrid smell goes away...
After five days, this thing still stinks very strong.

The smell went away for me after about two weeks. It helps to leave it outside (obviously under cover, like a garage or screened porch) and also helps to unscrew the back panel and put in a box of Arm & Hammer Baking powder, opened.
