I have some backing tracks on my itunes that I have from previous cd's I have from my lesson books and I can't seem to figure out how to move them to fender fuse. I used the media search on the fender fuse but nothing seems to come up. Also can't download ableton from the cd can anyone offer any help.

Thanks Ken

Hey Ken,

You can use the Add To Library function in the Fender FUSE Media Library to import MP3 or WAV files directly into the app for copying to your amp. Regarding Ableton Live Lite 8 Fender Edition, are you saying that double clicking the installer from the DVD doesn't work? You can download an installer directly from Ableton here:

I tried that Loren I use the add to Library and I scroll thru all my itunes get to the track I want I click it and nothing happens. Do you think I need to reload my software or are the tracks going some place were I cant find them. As far as ableton goes I double click on it and nothing happens.

Should I reload the software.

Thanks Ken

The tracks should show up on the Computer tab in the Media Library. Presets are listed on top and Band Tracks on the bottom. What location are you importing the files from? Regarding the Ableton software, my suggestion is to contact us. That doesn't sound like any behavior I've seen.

I thought iTunes uses a proprietary file format and does not store it's files as standard .mp3 files. I'm not sure of that but it seems like I had read that and that if you need standard .mp3 files that you can export it that way from iTunes. Just an idea.

Best regards,

Bob

Thanks Bob. We got it worked out. The audio files he was attempting to import were MP4 files which are unsupported. Once he converted to MP3 he was able to import them.
