Is there a way to import the backing tracks on my GDEC-15 to my pc? I would love to be able to use some of the factory preset backing tracks in Guitar Tracks Pro and / or Pro Tools.
To be a bit more clear, heres my question laid out in a timeline kind of thing.

GDEC backing track >(copy to)> PC hard drive >(import to)> Recording software.

I hope that makes sense. Im not often good at explaining things. Any help is appreciated.

I believe that you can get the original backing tracks off the DVD that came with the amp. Alternatively, you can download them from the fuse site, or you could put your amp into USB drive mode and copy them that way.

Please realize that the tracks are designed to be looped, so some of them are very short wav files.

good luck,
Dave

Hi Brozz,

bluesdave basically has it covered here (thanks bluesdave!). I would suggest that the easiest way to do what you are describing would be to copy the files off the DVD that came with your amp. Please let us know if we can of further assistance.

Popped in the DVD, and there they were. Why I didnt think of that on my own, I have no idea. Talk about the obvious escaping me. :-)
Thanks for the info, its just what I was looking to accomplish.
