Is it possible to change your guitar preset within a song? For example, I'm playing along to a backing track and want both clean and dirty tones available from the amp, switchable from the foot controller. Any way to do this? If not, I think I just discovered my first feature request for the next firmware update!

FWIW, I have tried putting an OD pedal in front of the amp set to the clean Blackface setting, but it seems to send the amp into a kind of digital "oscillation" for lack of a better term (runaway "Niagara Falls" kind of hissing sound). Besides, with an amp like this you don't really want to mess with pedals.

You can not do this from preset mode. However if you go into Quick Access Mode and dial up the backing track you want to play with, then you can use the 3 assisgned quick access presets from the foot pedal.

I have put in a feature request to allow access to quick access presets from the preset mode without it switching to the band track associated to the new preset which is what it does now. Hopefully Fender will be able to implement some of these features.

Take care,

Bob
