As yet I havent purchased a G-Dec 3.

As Fuse is downloadable from Fender, can I install it (Under Win XP) and check out its workings ( I know that it is probably dependent on the amp for actual audio output)?

Thanks

Sure, you can download and install the program. You can then play around with the software, but it needs the amp to do anything. It's like a control panel for the amp, without the amp there is nothing to output the settings to. Go ahead and try it, that's what I did while I was waiting for the amp.

Thanks for the reply.

Only asked without trying as I'll have to install XP - I'm a Linux User.

OK, downloaded Fuse 2.0 (FULL) and driver.

Right-click and install as administrator ( for both) in Win 7 Home Pro 64

Fuse runs fine, though I cant actually do anything with it without a G-Dec 3.

All menus, amp/effect controls operate etc.
