I am considering getting one of these and am curious, could I download my own backing tracks into the GDEC and use this when I do solo stuff in small bars? So far I am really excited about this amp. Any help would be great. Thanks,
ABS :D

You sure can as long as it is in mp3 or Wav format.

Thanks Joe,
Yes, I am able to record in either format. I am just excited about the possibility of doing solo stuff without having to go through the hassle of finding backing musicians for a small place(50-100 folks).

Hi ABS!

I've been doing solo and duo gigs with a Fender G-DEC for the better part of three years now. I was using a bunch of the G-DEC 30 first generation amps, but switched immediately to the new Three 30 just for the SD card option - now I can carry an unlimited number of song backing tracks to gigs, especially handy for fielding requests. Go for it!

CR,
Thanks much! I am really excited about this amp and the possibilities. It willl be used mainly for my solo stuff so I don't have to bring in a bunch of hired guns. This way I can craft the tunes from the reception I get from the audience. I am really amazed at the sound of it too!
