Hi,
what is the reason that the original bandfiles on the harddisk of the G-Dec only playback in mono when the headphone is plugged in?
On the DVD I found them in stereo. If I copy them to the SD-card it works in stereo. Is there a setting to get playback in stereo from the amp too?
Regards

Hello Häbbe,

The Band Tracks included on the amp are mono WAV files. The stereo versions of these files can be found on the G-DEC 3 DVD. The amp ships with the mono Band Tracks loaded in order to maximize storage space.

What's the easiest way to get them to the amp together with the presets?
I just would like to keep the original factory presets but associated with the stereo files.

Hi häbbe,

I'm sorry for the delay in response. Stereo WAV files are large in size so you want to start by getting a 2-8GB SD card. Once the WAV files are copied to the audio folder on the card, you will have to go through each preset and manually add the stereo version of the Band Track that is assigned to each preset. If you need further explanation feel free to contact us directly.
