The first phrase I recorded after unpacking my Thirty sounded pretty ok as I recall (sitting on the floor with papers and manuals all over the place :-)). After upgrading the firmware to 1.03 I found the volume to be low, much lower then the guitar volume. The phrase level is set to "10", I've checked that.

Also, with a SD card in the amp, there is an annoying "click" in the speaker just before it's ready to rock after switching on.

Any ideas somebody?

Having the same problem...Volume set to 10 but can't get it any louder unless you turn up volume on G-DEC 3.

Hey Guys,

You can adjust the Phrase volume using the Phrase Level control in the Phrase menu. If that's already at max then you can raise using the Volume knob on the amp while lowering the Band Level knob volume if you have Band Tracks Playing. I hope that helps.
