I recently created my own backtrack from ableton live and successfully exported it to my G-dec 3 and it sounds great, just as I expected.

The problem is, it stops halfway through the track. The amp doesn't stop playing it, its just that no sound comes out anymore. I know this is the case because I have repeat turned on and after about a minute it starts back up at the beginning.

Has anybody else had a problem with their own created backtracks? Appreciate any help, thanks.

Hello Whiteice22,

Are you having issues with any other Band Tracks besides the ones you created? If so, are you sure the file you created is a 16bit, 44.1kHz WAV file?

The other band tracks work fine. And yes, the bit depth is 16 and it's 44.1kHz. Like I said earlier, it plays the first half of the Track perfectly, then halfway through it stops. Well, technically it doesn't stop, it just stops producing any sound. I've opened the .wav file from my computer and played it through windows media player and it plays just fine all the way through.

Is there a limit to the length of the .wav files you import?

As long as the file is in the Audio folder and it is the proper bit depth and sampling rate there shouldn't be a problem. Give us a call here and we can help get it working.
