I must be doing something wrong as I can't save a preset from my media library to the amp. I'm using Fuse 1.1.3 & everything else works fine.

Here's what I do;

Pull up the media library in fuse.
Right click the preset & select "Save Preset To Amp"
Finally, Select the location

It then pulls up the preset that WAS in that location!!!!

Yes - mem lock is set to off.

The only way I can save a preset from my media library is to pull up the preset, then go over to the front panel on the amp and save it using the buttons there.

What am I doing wrong?

Joe

Hey Joe,

Is there a specific preset that you are having a problem with or is it more than one? We've seen a few corrupted presets that behave that way. They will load up fine in Fender FUSE but won't load on the amp. The fix is to do a Save As and try to transfer the saved preset.

It's every preset in my media library. Which includes some I have downloaded and most that I've created. They all load up fine on the amp, but just can't save them to a preset in the amp.

Tried the "Save As" - but the newly saved as preset still won't save to the amp.

Okay Joe. Please give us a call so we can get a little more info from you and have you try a few different things.
