Post subject: pitch and speed settings on g-dec 30

i used to have the older g-dec 30./the speed and pitch could be adjusted and it was a good sound/ this newer g-dec 30 that i own now/ when i adjust pitch and speed/it sounds awful and muddy is there something i can do to improve the sound /also can u drop some of the instruments out of it like the older one could?

I got the two 30s and I deal with the same problem...changing speed or pitch on the G-Dec3 degrade sound quality as does Windows media player on a computer and I don't think that there is any solution to this but a slight change is almost tolerable. Midi files using bass/drums backing tracks are a lot more easier to handle as it's done on the G-Dec30. Wav and mp3 files are much less maneagable.
