Hi,

From the advanced manual (page 10):

Use the Utility menus for a variety of amplifier software
and hardware settings. Press and hold the EXIT
button for 2 seconds to activate the Utility menus.

As I said in another post there's nothing about accessing the utility mode.
Oh, and FYI - FenderQuebec - Page 10 is blank.
Pages 6 and 8 are the only references to that mode anywhere in the manual.
And it's skimpy info at best. Actually useless.

Download and read the Advanced Manual! It has everything there. That's where there's information on Page 10. The standard manual is skimpy and nearly useless.

You may have been looking at the standard manual. The Advanced Manual covers the Utility Menus in Detail on Page 10.
