Hey there,
Just bought a G-Dec 3 15 W a couple of days ago. Was just playing it today and was using the phrase sampler. Turned it off and then back on again and on the main screen where the Backing Track would be it says Band Missing. I hit Quick Access and it says No Files Found. Nothing comes up in the Back Track list when I plug it in on the Fuse software either.

All of my presets are still there, although I Reset them in order to see if that would work and it didn't. It also won't let me save Phrase Samples, and my previously saved sample is no longer there.

Has anyone else had the same problem or can anyone help me?

Anyone?.......I emailed Fender and so far have not gotten anything back from them. Is this the type of service I should expect from Fender?

Possible solution:

Insert your sd card on the G-dec, export all your presets with the utility menu on the G-dec.

Insert your sd card in your computer, to restore the amp to factory settings begin by copying gdec3_media.bin and gdec3_restore.img (from the dvd in the G-dec3 factory restore folder) to the root of your SD card. Turn the amp off, insert the SD Card and then turn the amp on. The amp will indicate that it found the "G-DEC 3 Restore" image, and press start to begin. The process will erase all presets and media content stored internally restoring the amp to its initial factory condition. The Factory restore process takes approximately 10 minutes.

Insert your sd card on the G-dec, import personal presets with the utility menu on the G-dec.

I apologize for the delay in response time. FenderQuebec actually hit the nail right on the head. Follow his instructions and you should be all set. If you have any further question please contact Fender Consumer Relations at 480-596-7195. That is the fastest way to get in contact with us.
