Hey Derrick,

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with recording through the amp. It sounds to me like you have a driver issue preventing the amp and the computer from "speaking to each other". Without knowing the specs of your system, it's hard for me to come up with a solution. However, the most common driver issue stems from not having the driver installed or enabled.

If you are on a Windows system, make sure you have installed the Fender ASIO driver from the G-DEC 3 DVD. Once this is installed, the Fender ASIO driver will be selectable in the audio preferences in Cubase and the G-DEC 3 should be a selectable audio interface. In Mac OS X, there is no driver necessary. "DEC Audio" should appear as an audio device in the Cubase audio preferences. Once selected, you should hear your Cubase audio playing through the G-DEC 3.

Thank you for your time I did not install the driver and all is well now. I would like to say what a great amp. I still have a issue when I tryed to back up all preset and backing tracks through Fuse my computer would lock up. I tryed a few times and it would lock at different points (there is a counter to let you know what preset is being backed up. I just backed up to the SD and moved over.I'm running Vista home premium service pack 2 32-bit and Fuse 1.1.0 and firmware1.02 so if you have any insight to this please send. Once again I'm have so much fun with this amp I could not wait to get home from work.

Hey Derrick,

I haven't been able to duplicate the problem you are experiencing. You do have the latest versions of firmware and Fender FUSE. I'm going to chat with the engineers and see if there is a solution to your problem.
