Does anyone know the part number for the optional cover? I'm buying the 30 watt Gdec 3 when it comes out and I can't find a part number for the cover. I don't know why they don't just bump up the price $15 - 20 and include the cover.

I don't see it listed for the -3, but there is a multi-fit cover listed for the 30.

Model: 0041529000

You can just order a cover for a Champ 30. That cover fits the old G-DEC 30 amps perfectly. I just tried the cover on a new GDEC 3 and I find that the new GDEC 3 is about 5/8" taller than the old G-DEC 30. The Champ cover leaves about 3/8" of the tolex visible at the bottom, but that should be good enough. It definitely covers the grill and the other dimensions are perfect. Hope that helps.

Part number from the GDEC 3 Quick Start Guide for the cover is:

P/N 0079548000

Thanks. I need to read the manual now that they're available.

I couldn't find one so I bought one for a Champ 10. It fits but is about an inch to short. Works fine.
