My nephew's been looking for a G-Dec 30 and is having a hard time finding one. He tried mine and fell in love with it. I can't find it in the product section here either.

Bill do they ever? I wonder if they'll still be supported? If anything you'd think they'd drop the 15. Might be time to look at the Spider Jam. :?

The GDEC30 isn't the only amp no longer showing in the product line. Also MIA are the Frontman 65R and Super Reverb. When an amp is dropped it is usually done without fanfare and all companies revise their product lines from time to time. As the market has slowed they may just be letting demand catch up to production. I have a friend at Guitar Center that told me that the Super Reverb is a very poor seller due to its physical size, price, and oversupply in the used market. I like its tone but I agree about the weight and size. On the other hand the 65R and GDEC30 have been pretty consistant sellers. Even if these amps are no longer produced Fender has a history of good product support for discountinued products. Fender recently introduced it's new TV Bassman series amps, so they may be trying to shift some production capacity for the newer products.

I just picked up a G-DEC 30. It's a hot setup. I'm glad I was able to snag
one while they were still around.

It seems odd that they would have discontinued it. It hasn't been out
that long.

By the way, for 30 watts, it's loud! And I can't say this enough: the DEC
series (G-DEC, B-DEC, G-DEC 30) have the best tuners around.
