I tried my gdec30 hooked to my mac.

The updater worked.

But the preset editor thinks rock101
is speed when setting the drums.

What do I need to do to fix this?

Thanks.

I did a factory reset and did the update again.

There is still a problem with the preset editor.

I have also lost the 3 default songs.

I have also tried on a win xp pc.

It doesn't seem to have working
software available for mac or pc.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

I have an intel macbook os x 10.5.6

It's a brand new gdec 30.

The updater and editor are the latest from fender.com
G-DEC 30 Updater Version 1.04.00.03
G-DEC 30 Preset Editor Version 1.02

I did get the editor to work with windows xp.

I saw the m-audio uno can have problems with songloader.

I can not get the three songs back after factory reset.

Thanks.

Well that all sound correct to me. I use the Edirol UM 1 so I am not up to speed on the M Audio, but if you did get it to work with XP, it simply could be a problem with 10.5.xxx Ill try connecting mine up and see if I get the same problem. In the mean time try customer relations, they usually can get you an answer quickly.

Thanks for the reply.

Did the g-dec preset editor leave files on my mac
when I deleted it and got the g-dec 30 preset editor?

It's probably the midi cable.

I had a u2midi and the updater would not work.

With my m-audio uno the updater worked but
I am having some other problems.

I would get one of the recommended ones
in the list on fender.com.
