Hi:
Can comeone tell me how to reset my GDEC back to factory presets? I loaned my amp out and when it came back it was all screwed up! :x

press the utility button again and again until you see "factory rst", press the save button and the warning dialog box will come up, press the save button again and VIOLA your are done.

Help !!! please can anyone tell me why all of a sudden my tuner is a half of a step off.....I have to tune to a F to be in tune......I have already done the factory preset.....but this has not helped......PLEASE HELP...

How are you determining that your a half step up to be in tune? Sounds like you are just tuning that string to "F" instead of tuning it to "E". (You can tune any string to any note you want).

Look at the display.... It tell you what note you are at and if you are sharp or flat. So if it shows "F" in the display, tune it down (flat) until it disappears off of the left of the display. Then it will re-appear on the right as "E" and be sharp. Just keep tuning down until it is on tune to "E"
