I am not up on the techincal stuff about MIDI, MP3 and regular audio cd's you buy from the store. The product description for this amp mentions turning the volume down on the different instruments, slowing the tempo, changing the key.

Will it only do this stuff for the music that comes stored in the amp? In other words will it do these things for any music CD, MP3 or MIDI file that is piped into the RCA in jack or stored in the amp? I have the "Bass for Dummies" CD and I was wondering if I put the exercises and the genre music style lines in this amp if I'll be able to do these functions with it. I have alot of CD's I copied to my computer. When they are transferred into the BDEC via the MIDI USB thing will it convert these files to what it needs to be able to do these features?

Does that make since?

Thanks for your time,

Jeff

The Tempo Creep and Auto Key will only work for the general midi files that are in the unit. It will not work with the "RCA" inputs in the rear of the unit.
