I bought a Fender Passport used about 8 years ago and used it briefly. I want to start using it again and would like to download a manual but I can't tell which model it is. How do I figure that out? This is the information I have:
Fender Passport P/N 069-1001
Serial No/Date Code N034139AJ
Voltage 117 VAC 60 HZ Fuse T6 3A 250V
230 VAC 50 HZ T6.3A 250V
Thank you for any help you can provide.

There are four manuals for CURRENT models of the Passport, but you bought yours 8 years ago. According to an earlier post on this forum that showed up in a DuckDuckGo search, the part number you list might be the power supply for a Passport PD500 -- a discontinued, earlier model. Here's the Owner's Manual for that model:

See if that matches the unit you have.

Looking closer to the photos in the manual, it says, "Passport PD-500" in the lower-right-hand corner of the mixer face of the unit, just to the right of the "Tape Out" knob.
