Hello everyone,

I want to know if I can use the fender passport mini for two vocal microphones ?
I mean is it possible to plug a mic in the "instrument" input and at the same time another mic in the XLR / Jack input ?

Thanks for your answers !

My recommendation is that either the two of you share a microphone on one Fender Passport Mini, or you get two Fender Passport Minis, place them next to each other and rock out.

The vocal input on the Mini has a "mic preamp" to make the tiny signal from a microphone loud enough to mix together with the much louder "line level" signal from an acoustic or electric guitar. It probably does not have a mic preamp for the instrument input. So, plug in two microphones, and the one plugged into "vocal" would be much, MUCH louder than the one plugged into "instrument". The volume knobs can't crank far enough to compensate for this.

There are two "vocal" ports on the amp, but I doubt that both work together. Most 1/4" jacks have built-in switches so when you plug anything in, it disables the XLR port next to it.
