I am looking for the part number of the potentiometer used in the Passport 500 Pro. I have a broken pot on my channel 1 "Level", and my channel 4 "Reverb". I would like to get it replaced so I can use channel 1 and 4 again.

The Passport 500 Pro is such a great little PA that I would like to get it fixed up so we can continue to use it for years to come.

Thanks in advance!

With seeing the pot we should tell you witch one to buy.
I'm afraid nobody can tell you the parts number.

Ask to Fender consumer relation, scroll down here

Hi Stratele52,

Thanks for the reply, but I find that very hard to believe. There are 37 pots on a Passport 500 Pro. The entire Passport line of PAs all seem to use exactly the same potentiometers. That is hundreds of thousands of potentiometers manufactured and installed in Passports by Fender in the last ten years.

SOMEONE knows the part number. If I have to I'll pull the thing apart and get a part number off the side of a pot. But it is working now (minus two channels), and I use it every day. I'd rather not take it apart until I have to. :)

I already went over the schematics before posting my original post, and did not find a part number for the pots. Thank you for that parts page address, but that parts page does not have any pots for Passports listed.

Very hard to believe ? Not for a Passport
Wait for a miracle for a answer if you have time to loose.

Parts number on pots ; sorry there are no parts number.

We must see the pot, how it look and order the same by picture.
You'll have to open the amp anyway.

I understand you are are a beginner on fixing amp. You'll learn
