Turned it on today and no power light, no sound, the tubes glow. The bias is showing 2 red 2 orange LEDs. The fuses are good, checked them on a multi-meter. Anyone got a clue what might be going on or have you experienced this yourself. a little over 1 year old.

Either the auto-bias has gone wonky, or you need a new quartet of power tubes. The 100t has been known to have some issues with the auto-bias. If you do not have a reputable repair shop with a competent technician, send it to an authorized Fender repair center.

I am new to tube amps, it did seem a little quite the night before this issue, but it was definitely working.
Is it possible for all four of the power tubes to Sh* t the bed at the same time? Actually one of the tubes seems to glow slightly brighter.
I will be taking it to a Fender authorized shop, just trying to gain a little knowledge here about tube amps

Well they are all the same age, and it is always best to replace all power tubes at the same time. This can get expensive. If the auto bias is good then two of your tubes are bad (red) and two are headed that direction (orange).

So here is an update to my amps issues. It took over a month for the local authorized tech to get to it, once he cracked it open it was fixed in 2 hours. He's busy covers a number of brands and while chatting with him he indicated the problems this amp was experiencing was not common for a Fender product. The symptoms are documented in my first post.
This is what he found: There are two slo-blow internal fuses which are soldered onto the PC Board, they were shot. (you'd have to remove the chassis from the case to see these).
A couple of the quick connect cables to the PC board were loose
The Amber 25 watt mode LED was burnt out (odd I never use it in that mode).
a large 220U/300V capacitor had a very loose wire lead. He replaced it. (may be this caused those 2 slo-blow fuses to blow?)
Re-soldered a few questionable solder points on the PC board.
All this on an amp purchased in May 26 2014 and it's my practice amp. It just sits in the corner, never gets moved around.
I'm not perfect and realistically don't expect anyone or company to be 100% perfect. This is just an update to an issue I found in my amp, might help others with a similar issue, or help Fender tighten up some QC issues.

Thanks for posting that follow up, leadbelly. That's good information, and also a good reason to take your amp to a well qualified technician. Sounds like you had a great one that went through you amp with a fine tooth comb with excellent results.

Keep taking it to a Fender Service center. Mine did the same thing. The automatic bias boards had problems on the first run of the 100T's. My Super has been flawless. It took forever for my service center to reproduce the problem, but when they did Fender finally relented and sent a new one. Once it was done it works flawlessly just like the Super Bassman.
