I have had my new SB Pro for about 4-5 days now and all of a sudden I cannot power it up. I flip the power switch and nothing. No power light, no bias lights, not fan. I get a slight glow from the tubes but nothing else.
Anyone have any experience with this? I am reading on Talkbass that it may be an internal fuse issue.

Is this your amp ?
http://www.premierguitar.com/articles/F ... ier_Review

Did you check fuse on the back ? Check fuses with meter not with your eyes only .
You say that you read there is a fuse inside , why don't you look ?
Any link where you read that . Look a fuse blow in 450 volts power supply

I can't find schematic , this will say all.

If fuse blow , there may be something wrong ; output tubes ? Best is try a new fuse first and check how play the amp .

If you bought new , bring back to the store

I pulled all fuses and replaced them with ones sent with the amp. I also checked all the power connectors.
I am stumped. The amp worked fine then it just didn't turn on again.
I am sending it back for a replacement.
I just want to know what it is for further reference if this happens again.

Not enough information to say .

Too bad you did not take some good pictures inside the amp , it may help .

It sounds to me that the high voltage winding in the power transformer has partially shorted out.
A minor glow in the tubes tells me that something is dragging down the power transformer to the point that the filament circuit voltage is low. It may not be shorted enough to blow the fuse however.
A fault in the HV winding may not show up in factory testing, but an extended burn in may have overheated a fault in the insulation. Other windings can short with similar effect.
I have seen similar problems when an amp is accidentally left on overnight.
I hope your replacement works out better.
