Knowing them, probably January 2016, then. :P

That's right, didn't you have a combo amp?

I had a Combo, and couple of the heads.

I remember seeing the pics somewhere.

No built-in tuner? No built in compression? Really? You'd think to be twice as expensive as the Rumble it would have more actually usable features. Lots of wasted space here, so there was room. Seems a tad overpriced to me because $400 extra for a two 12AX7 preamp and a lot of wasted space is about $200 too much.

That's true on that. I guess since it's made in Mexico instead of Indonesia, they can add a few bills to the price. :P Hopefully, the quality control will be reflected in it, as well. I've never had bad luck with Fender amps, but I know there are those who have that posted here in the past. On the same token, I've had bad luck with some of the basses, and it's been the opposite on here as well.

I ordered a Bassman 500 today, after trying one out. It should be in tomorrow, about noon.

That's pretty cool. 8) It's about time somebody did around here. :P I've actually been rather curious to this one lately.

I like how they've applied the settings from the 100T, and Super Bassman heads to SS.

Cool. 8) I'm looking forward to a field report on this thing.

It's a good playing head. I like the settings from the Bassman tube heads integrated into this Hybrid, D Class head. I'm not hearing the difference from SS to tube. 16-17 Pounds is a lot easier to move about, than 65 pounds of the Super Bassman. Nice also to have two (Speakon / 1/4") combination jacks on the back panel. In the carton with the head, comes a foot switch for changing from Overdrive, to Vintage, or vice versa. Also included is a head cover, a heavy duty power cord, and a heavy duty Speakon cable. It's a good fit on a full size cab also.

Sounds pretty cool to me. 8) I like the vintage design of it, too.

I just wish they put that out a few years ago when I was really shopping for an amp. I'd probably have one now.

Who knows, maybe I'll figure out a way to justify a reason to get one in the future. :P
